Phosphated
Phosphating process is a chemical and electrochemical reaction to form a phosphate chemical conversion film process, the formation of phosphate conversion film called phosphate film. The purpose of phosphating is mainly: to provide protection to the base metal, to a certain extent, to prevent the metal from being corroded; for priming before painting, to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the paint film layer; in the metal cold working process to reduce friction lubrication use.
